The wisdom of Ayurveda is thousands of years old, and at its core it connects us to nature. The rhythms of the seasons, the elements that make up the natural world – they can all work together to improve your health (physical, mental, emotional) and longevity.
Shannon and Katie offer one-on-one coaching to help you discover your native constitution: your individual combination of the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) that gives you your strengths and your vulnerabilities. They show you how your connection to nature can help to heal imbalances with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations specific to your native constitution, as well as giving you new habits that can build a stronger, more balanced you.
We offer two gentle Ayurvedic cleanses each year. Our Spring cleanse is designed to clear the cold, stagnant heaviness of late winter and emerge with fresh energy. Our Fall cleanse wraps you in warmth and grounding as you weather the cold, windy dryness of early winter. Both cleanses are full of healthy foods (no shakes or bars), and help you to find a deeper connection with yourself and the natural world.
